Smoked salmon pizza

 

Step 1:

Preheat the oven Thermostat 7 (210°). Slightly oil a baking sheet.

 

Step 2:

Cover with mozarella slats.

 

Step 3:

Spread the crème fraîche and drizzle with parmesan cheese.

 

Step 4:

Bake for 15 minutes

 

Step 5:

Out of the oven, cover the pizza with smoked salmon slats, capers and chopped onion.

 

Step 6:

Pepper and bake again 2 minutes.

 

Step 7 :

Spread with bunch of dyd and you can serve.

 

For 4 persons

  • 400g pizza dough
  • 150g smoked salmon
  • 1 half red onion
  • 120g mozzarella
  • 25g grated parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons with crème fraîche
  • 1 tablespoon with capers
  • 3 tablespoon with olive oil
  • 1 bunch of did
  • Pepper
